Please make sure to fill out the personalization area! If no message is here, we cannot guarantee that the message will be put on your ornament. Adding the details to the email or message with the photo, is not the same thing. This does not show up with your order summary and we assume there is no message that you want on your ornament.
Depending on the orientation of your photo, your ornament may be vertical or horizontal.
